The only clinical certification built specifically for counsellors and therapists working with neurodivergent clients.

The Ross Neurodiversity Integration Framework is a nine pillar structure that bridges the gap between the therapy room and real world change. It was created by Bianca Ross, for counsellors, psychotherapists, mental health workers and other professionals, and is now available as a full certification pathway.

RNIF Certified Practitioner training gives you a structured, evidence-informed framework to take into your existing clinical practice. You will learn how to close the integration gap for your neurodivergent clients and support sustainable, real-world change beyond the session.
